We are seeking a motivated Charge Nurse to join our growing team and develop your talents under the guidance of an experienced Director of Nursing, supportive Assistant Director of Nursing, and skilled clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Confer with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consult with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Support the growth and development of your team members—you will help change lives.
• Examine residents and their records/charts to identify normal and abnormal findings, recognizing early signs of physical, emotional, or mental health concerns.
• Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting for assigned residents.

Requirements

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
