Charge/IP Nurse
If you are a registered nurse (RN) who desires to take the next step in the career ladder and use your experience to mentor, train, and educate a team of caregivers, while coordinating and overseeing the care of your patients, the role of Charge/IP Nurse may be your next calling. At Dove Healthcare, you will work with employees, patients, family members, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of providing person-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned residents and employees
- Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence
- Review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation
This is a limited term position with the potential to turn into permanent employment.
Schedule
- Full-time PM shift
- Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
Requirements
- Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Previous nursing experience
