Chapter Support Volunteer: Event Communicator

Responsibilities

• Send emails to Presenters and Host
• Send at least 2 email reminders with links to the Presenters and Moderators for their presentations
• If it is an InPerson event, send reminders to those registered about the event, location and answer any questions
• Occasionally perform as a webinar host, introducing the speaker and informing the clients attending about the value of Score
• As a host, help the webinar presentation to flow by asking questions and/or reading client questions to the presenter
• Answer workshops@scorevolunteer.org emails
