Chaplain Student
Job Description
Provides spiritual care to patients and families, including assessment and documentation in the Electronic Health Record; participates in interdisciplinary rounds with other members of the health care team; provides response to emergency spiritual care needs as an on-call chaplain; fulfills the accreditation clinical pastoral education (ACPE) certified Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or equivalent education/experience
- Accepted in the Sutter ACPE CPE program
- Maintains concurrent enrollment with ACPE as a CPE Student
Shifts
Varied Schedule Per Diem/Casual Shift Hours 6 Days Of The Week Variable Weekend Requirements Rotating Weekends

Pay
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
