About the Role

The Chaplain/Spiritual Counselor facilitates and leads religious services and programs, provides spiritual and emotional care to patients, families, and staff members, and leads educational seminars and in-service sessions.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited seminary or school of theology (Bachelor’s in Divinity, Master’s of Divinity, or equivalent theological degree) required.
• Must be ordained as a Rabbi or Cantor.
• Two or more years’ related experience preferred.
• Work experience in aging services preferred.
• Hospice Only: Work experience in hospice or home health preferred.

Pay

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
