What You Can Expect Part Time position8 hours per week for the Boise Hospital 24 hours per week for the Boise Cancer Institute This Role Would Require An Individual Who Is Highly adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locationsA quick learner who can integrate effectively into different teams and unitsSkilled in triaging spiritual care needs, particularly during traumas, deaths, code situations, and other critical eventsStrong in interpersonal and relationship-building skillsDemonstrates sound critical-thinking and decision-making abilitiesAble to work independently while collaborating effectively with leaders and staff across the system Qualifications Education: Master's Degree. Experience: 4 years’ of experience. Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License & Insurance. Documentation of endorsement by a recognized religious or spiritual organization to provide spiritual care in a clinical setting.
