Schedule
- Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
- Travel required to New Lenox and Olympia Fields
Responsibilities
- Chaperone and Assist During Patient Examinations (70%)
- Remain in the examination room during sensitive exams (e.g., annual gynecological examinations, vaginal swab procedures) to provide patient support and act as a clinical chaperone.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and effective communication between the patient and physician throughout the examination.
- Assist Physicians During Clinical Procedures (70%)
- Provide physicians with required instruments, supplies, and specimen containers during procedures such as hysteroscopies and intrauterine device (IUD) insertions.
- Prepare procedure rooms and support efficient workflows to ensure procedures are completed safely and effectively.
- Clean, Sanitize, and Restock Examination Rooms (100%)
- Clean and disinfect examination rooms after each patient visit in accordance with infection control standards.
- Replenish medical supplies, instruments, and equipment to ensure exam rooms are fully stocked and ready for patient care.
- Maintain Patient Confidentiality and Regulatory Compliance (100%)
- Protect patient privacy by maintaining strict confidentiality of all patient information and clinical interactions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and Duly Health and Care policies, including accessing only records required to perform job duties and safeguarding protected health information.
Pay
Base pay range: $16.35–$24.52 per hour. Actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
