We are an award-winning in-home senior care service in Arizona with more than 24 years of excellence to our name. Because of the growing senior population, we are expanding our team of CNAs to help us care for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Help seniors with trips to local markets.
• Go to lunch or grab an ice cream with your client.
• Assist with bathing and grooming to restore dignity.
• Manage incontinence care to avoid embarrassment.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.
• Maintain vitality through meal preparation.
• Avoid hospital readmissions with medication reminders.
• Support seniors out of danger with memory care safety.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Be the eyes and ears for hospice care.
• Report changes in condition promptly.

Job Requirements

• Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Ability to work typically 8 or 12-hour CNA shifts in the Chaparral Ranch area (optional overtime often available).
• Senior Safety: Pass a criminal background check, pass drug screening test, and have a negative TB test.
• Transportation: Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, valid driver's license.
