Channel Sales Manager, LATAM
Why You’ll Love This Role
Cribl is seeking an exceptional Partner Business Manager (PBM) for LATAM to support and accelerate our growing presence in Latin America. Following a successful regional launch, our Go-To-Market strategy is exclusively indirect. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Head of LATAM Sales to scale our channel ecosystem, drive partner-led revenue, and manage execution across resellers, MSPs, GSIs, and cloud partners.
This is a remote, US-based position tailored for a channel professional who can manage the region from the United States while traveling frequently to build deep local relationships. We are looking for a creative, execution-focused professional who thinks strategically, builds trusted partnerships, and is excited to expand their alliances career at a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Drive Regional GTM Execution: Collaborate closely with the Head of LATAM Sales to execute and optimize the regional partner strategy, supporting existing GTM initiatives and scaling the business.
- Build & Accelerate Pipeline: Own regional partner sales targets, driving active pipeline generation at the field level and delivering sustained indirect revenue growth.
- Enable & Nurture Partners: Identify, onboard, and enable key strategic partners (Resellers, SIs, MSPs, and Cloud Partners) across LATAM to ensure they can confidently articulate Cribl’s value proposition.
- Serve as the partner advocate inside Cribl, injecting partner DNA into regional sales efforts and aligning cross-functionally with Cribl’s corporate marketing, product, and enablement teams.
- Manage Joint Sales & Strategy: Oversee partner deal registration, assist in negotiations, and work cross-organizationally to align partner capabilities with enterprise customer needs.
- Represent Cribl in the Field: Foster executive and field-level relationships with regional partners, representing Cribl at local industry events, forums, and partner briefings.

Experience
- 5–10 years of high-tech channel management, alliances, or business development experience (experience at a high-growth startup or SaaS company preferred).

- Strong, existing channel relationships across key LATAM markets with a proven track record of driving revenue through indirect sales.
Execution Mindset
- A strong motor, high intrinsic drive, and the ability to run quickly with little supervision in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

- Natural relationship-building skills with the ability to formulate a clear partnership execution plan, build consensus, and deliver a consultative sales approach.
Travel
- Willingness to travel extensively within the LATAM region to support partners, nurture relationships, and drive business outcomes.
