Responsibilities
- Build and own Loop’s channel and partnership strategy across key verticals (multifamily, developers, retail, hospitality, and more)
- Identify and secure high-impact partnerships that unlock new distribution channels
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-stakeholder agreements
- Create preferred vendor relationships with developers, property owners, and design firms
- Create scalable programs that drive repeatable deal flow
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure successful execution and expansion
- Represent Loop in the market as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
- Experience building distribution channels, not just closing deals
- Background in EV charging, energy, infrastructure, or adjacent industries strongly preferred
- Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with real estate developers, multifamily, or enterprise partnerships
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to structure creative, win-win partnerships
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with real ownership
