Channel Sales Account Executive
About the role
The Channel Sales Account Executive manages and grows business and relationships within US strategic IVD manufacturing partners and OEM segments. This role works closely with field sales leadership, marketing, and management to define and execute successful sales strategies, engaging with senior leaders to guide decision-making and strengthen Bio-Rad’s presence.
Responsibilities
- Drives sales execution of channel strategy to meet Bio-Rad’s revenue and profitability goals.
- Develops and executes IVD strategy framework in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Buys C-Suite level relationships with strategic US IVD and OEM partners.
- Liaises with CDG Business Development and US GCO Sales teams.
- Manages all administration tasks including custom and unlabeled QSD forecasts, quotations, price files, new product adds/deletes, product notifications, and changes.
- Works with National Channel Sales Manager to develop strategic business plans covering Clinical Diagnostic and channel partner opportunities.
- Coaches sales teams on strategic partnership best practices to achieve optimal sales results.
- Works effectively with internal resources and strategic partners to negotiate and manage contracts.
- Establishes regular cadence calls with partners to discuss strategy, business results, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, medical diagnostics, or life science. MBA is a plus.
- Work Experience: 3+ years related experience as AM, AE, or KAM. Experience in B2B and/or Distribution Markets is required. Experience developing and delivering regular business reviews, negotiating contracts, and driving compliance is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communications skills, including strong presentation skills. Experience executing on strategic account business plans and working with blue sheets is required. Experience in complex pricing and financial analysis is beneficial.

Pay
The estimated base salary range for this position is $107,900 to $148,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
