Role Summary

Location: Florida, US
Remote
Full-time

As a Partnerships Growth Manager at Payoneer, you will own the full-funnel lifecycle of our Payments and Workforce Management (WFM) partnerships. This isn't a "maintenance" role; we are looking for a builder who can hunt for new high-value partners and architect the enablement programs that turn a signed contract into a revenue-generating machine.

Phase 1: Market Expansion (The Hunt)

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and build target lists of WFM platforms and payment providers that align with Payoneer’s ecosystem.
  • Full-Cycle Outreach: Own the "SDR-to-Close" workflow - leveraging LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to land meetings and navigate partners through the contracting and admin phases.
  • Value Positioning: Tailor the Payoneer pitch to solve specific pain points for WFM and Payment stakeholders.

Phase 2: Partner Infrastructure (The Build)

  • Onboarding Excellence: Lead the transition from "Signed" to "Active" by creating bespoke enablement materials (decks, client-facing collateral, and internal playbooks).
  • Technical Liaising: Guide partners through operational hurdles, including KYC requirements, device logistics, and platform integration questionnaires.
  • Internal Sales Enablement: Equipping regional account managers with the tools and data they need to support your partners at the country level.

Phase 3: Ecosystem Activation (The Scale)

  • Performance Governance: Own the relationship health via MBRs and QBRs, tracking performance against hard growth targets.
  • Educational & Community: Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions to ensure Payoneer remains the "top of mind" solution for our partners' sales teams.

Who you are

  • The Experience: ~5 years in the tech sector, specifically within Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Account Management.
  • The "Hustle" Factor: Proven track record of performing outbound activity. You are comfortable generating your own leads and don't wait for a marketing team to hand you a list.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the Payments or WFM (Workforce Management) landscape is a massive plus.
  • Content Proficiency: You can build a high-quality pitch deck and simplify complex processes (like KYC or onboarding) into digestible partner guides.
