About the Role

Fabricate illuminated and non-illuminated channel letters to company quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings
• Fabricate aluminum returns
• Assemble faces with trim-cap
• Install and wire LEDs and power supplies
• Perform quality checks
• Troubleshoot fabrication or lighting issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Sign or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read production drawings
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Reliable attendance

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for extended periods
