This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and helping wherever production needs support.ResponsibilitiesAssist with cutting, drilling, grinding, material handling, and general shop workLearn fabrication processes and machine operationUse a tape measure accuratelyAssist with layout, assembly, and finishing as trainedMove between shop areas and learn different tasksMaintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirementsAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyWillingness to learn and cross-trainComfortable with physical work and handling steel materialsDependable, flexible, and able to follow instructionsWillingness to work at different shop locations as neededExperience in construction, manufacturing, CNC operation, welding, carpentry, or other hands-on work is a plus.
