Change Release Manager (Technical Release)

About the Role

We are seeking a Change Release Manager with 3-5 years of experience to assist with requests from change creation, coordination, closure, and reporting for a 12-month on-site assignment in Miami, FL, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate change management process execution and automation
• Create and manage RFCs (requests for change) for substation enhancements
• Coordinate approved change management tools for process execution
• Coordinate change documentation technical approval for work execution
• Apply technical experience to assess change impact and possible conflicts
• Manage and coordinate all activities necessary to control, track, and audit changes in the environment
• Respond to inquiries regarding the change management process and RFCs
• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with them for each change
• Design status reports to track progress
• Report and present release management status to the project team
• Complete work aligned to the project team's service level agreements
• Collaborate with change and release teams for implementation of process enhancements, tools, metrics, and reports
