Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable change management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Assess organizational impacts across people, process, technology, and data.
- Drive readiness activities and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance to change.
- Establish repeatable frameworks, tools, and best practices for enterprise-wide change initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Partner with business leaders, program teams, and stakeholders to drive alignment and engagement.
- Build and execute stakeholder management and communication plans.
- Lead executive communications, presentations, and change-related messaging.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across business and technology teams.
Training & Enablement
- Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and enablement resources.
- Support end-user readiness and adoption initiatives.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve adoption strategies.
Program Support
- Embed change management activities into overall project and program plans.
- Support CRM enhancement planning, deployment readiness, and release coordination.
- Help prepare teams for AI-enabled workflows and evolving marketing technologies.
- Track adoption metrics and recommend actions to improve utilization and business outcomes.
