About the role

The Strategy, Innovation and Digital Health Team at SESLHD oversees strategic planning, analytics, technology, change, and project management to drive and enable the delivery of key strategic and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management for the implementation of the Patient Queuing Management solution as part of the St George Hospital Redevelopment Program, including deployment within the Kensington Street Building (KSB).
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes that enhance patient flow and service delivery.
  • Manage the organisational change around system implementation and related changes and successful adoption by all end users.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives for the people side of the business including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and other structures affected.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale organisational change within a hospital or complex healthcare setting.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders, clinicians, or other key stakeholders who were resistant to change.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital health solutions and change management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of digital health solutions and their impact on healthcare delivery.

Pay

$132,236 - $150,222 per annum plus superannuation.

Schedule

38 hours per week.
