About the role
Support the “REWIRE AI” transformation projects by designing and executing change-management strategies across the organization. Coordinate closely with technical teams (NextEra Analytics, IT), REWIRE change leads, workstream leaders, and business SMEs to drive adoption and communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute change-management plans in support of REWIRE AI transformation projects
- Manage change communications and project coordination
- Lead process-design activities to ensure smooth transition during the AI transformation
