Change Manager

About the Role

This contract position is based in Chicago, IL. The Change Manager will support various projects, requiring a strong grasp of change management methodologies and the ability to lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change management plans to support initiatives.
• Identify stakeholder needs and expectations related to change initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate with teams to develop and execute communication plans.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in managing change in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for broad audiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
