Change Management Project Manager (Hybrid, Contract)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated, data-driven change management plans to align cross-functional stakeholders with key program milestones.
• Draft and manage tailored executive communications, town hall content, and leadership narratives to build trust and maintain consistent messaging across all organizational levels.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses to proactively identify transformation risks and optimize operational adoption strategies.
• Activate and sustain a robust change champion network to foster continuous engagement, resolve friction points, and drive long-term business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of change management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors (flexible for mid-level specialists).
• Proficiency with structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) and enterprise project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira).
• Proven track record of crafting high-impact executive communications and managing change execution trackers independently.
• Bachelor's degree with strong collaborative communication skills and a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.

Pay

Compensation Range: $60.00 - $68.96 per hour W2

Duration: 6-12 months (Potential to extend)
