Work You'll Do
- Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments, to inform data-driven change strategies.
- Develop and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects.
- Lead a team of 3 in the development and delivery of change strategies and plans for medium to small change initiatives.
- Oversee development and delivery of critical communications across supported Finance Systems.
- Collaborate across program and technical teams to ensure change efforts remain integrated with broader roadmap objectives.
- Understand and use the appropriate communication channels, vehicles, and tools, including Deloitte brand and related requirements, to execute communications and training effectively.
- Cook up with Deloitte publication points of contact to ensure adherence to submission dates, templates, and standards.
- Identify training needs and develop content tailored to specific stakeholder groups.
- Plan, develop, and support leadership and change networks in delivering communications and engagement activities that build understanding of key changes.
- Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans as needed to improve adoption.
- Partner with subject matter experts to build understanding of the Finance application portfolio and translate that understanding into practical change strategies.
- Partner with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with project and change management skills, including experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex change management project.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, SidekickT.
- Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
