Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities for the Workday implementation.
- Create and maintain change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Partner with executive sponsors, project managers, implementation partners, and business leaders to support project goals.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and executive updates to provide a change management perspective.
- Advise leadership on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption strategies.
- Identify business impacts and assess organizational readiness for change.
- Develop communication materials, training plans, job aids, and other adoption resources.
- Monitor employee engagement and adoption efforts, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Anticipate and address resistance, risks, and change-related challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to project leadership throughout the implementation.
- Ensure stakeholders have the information, resources, and support needed for a successful Workday rollout.
- Deliver a responsive, high-touch customer experience and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of change management experience.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Finance, or related modules.
- Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Experience developing communications, training programs, and end-user adoption strategies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to guide teams through organizational change.
Pay
Salary: $186,580.00 - $225,000.00 per year
Arrangement: Primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings during planning and implementation phases
