Change Management Consultant NetSuite Financial Transformation & Integration

About the role

This position is responsible for leading financial transformation initiatives using NetSuite ERP systems. The consultant will be involved in planning, executing, and monitoring the successful implementation and integration of NetSuite ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of NetSuite ERP implementations, focusing on R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.
• Support stakeholders through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, provide training sessions, and develop communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of NetSuite with existing systems and processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Change Management, ERP implementation, or Business Transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience supporting NetSuite ERP implementations or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Financial Transformation initiatives, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience with NetSuite integration projects involving middleware or integration platforms.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, organizational readiness, communications, and training.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
