Change Management Consultant

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. In this remote role, you will support enterprise change initiatives that improve how programs and projects are planned and delivered. You will partner with process owners, managers, and stakeholders to reduce resistance, strengthen adoption, and align change activities with overall project objectives. This position is well suited for someone who can bring structure, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving to complex operational changes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the process implications of change and collaborate with process managers
• Assist in developing change management strategies for various programs and projects
• Provide solutions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and adaptability
• Work with managers and stakeholders to identify and mitigate change barriers
• Execute change management practices to improve project delivery and results
• Ensure alignment between change plans and project plans
• Utilize best practices for a consistent change management approach across projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources
• Open-mindedness to explore new perspectives on existing solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills paired with an inquisitive mindset

Compensation

$100,000 – $125,000 annually
