Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments for business and technology transformations.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Create adoption plans, training materials, and readiness assessments.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings.
- Measure adoption effectiveness and identify change risks.
- Support leadership communications and executive briefings.
- Develop change metrics and readiness indicators.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and recommend adoption improvements.
- Assist with implementation planning and transition activities.
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline.
- Five (5) years of organizational change management experience.
- Experience supporting modernization or transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience developing training and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Work from client office in Washington, DC and Guidehouse office in Tyson's Corner, VA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci, ADKAR, or Change Management certification.
- Federal government consulting experience.
- Experience supporting technology modernization or digital transformation programs.
- Experience with business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting executive stakeholders.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
