Location: Albany, NY. Duration: Long Term.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments across user groups.
• Develop role based training materials tailored to Salesforce configuration.
• Deliver instructor led and eLearning sessions.
• Enable super users and deliver train the trainer programs.
• Measure training effectiveness and provide adoption reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in organizational change management and training.
• Experience developing Salesforce specific training materials.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
