The Change Implementation Coordinator supports newly hired experienced advisors and their teams by transitioning their book of business and providing support and training during the transition period. This role supports the following WFA business channels: Private Client Group (PCG), Wealth Brokerage Services (WBS), Wells Fargo Financial Network, and First Clearing.

The Experienced Advisor Onboarding team centrally manages direct support for account opening and asset transfer activities, as well as providing training and guidance to all levels of brokerage industry associates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance at all levels including onsite account opening, asset transfer, paperwork, account review, and analysis to ensure compliance and identify action items, rejections, and irregularities
  • Review transition process, forms and documentation, Centralized Asset Transfer call, onsite and remote transition support, and training plans
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with the new advisor and branch during the transition period
  • Provide onsite and remote training and support to Financial Advisors and their support teams
  • Act as subject matter expert and key liaison between the practice, home office support, and business partners, including consulting to best serve the new Financial Advisor and client
  • Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members, including onsite shadowing and ongoing mentoring
  • Recommend solutions for complex issues related to the client, advisor, platform, and process
  • Assist in maintaining training materials, manuals, and quick reference guides
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions for newly onboarding advisors and sales associates
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes and procedures

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Experience providing support to client-facing employees
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot operational issues
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive and often pressured environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of the brokerage industry: products, services, operational policies, systems, and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check
  • Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3
  • Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including additional screening, and are required to report certain incidents
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements

Pay

$68,000.00 - $104,000.00

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package.
