By aligning stakeholders, mitigating organizational risk, and driving user adoption, the contractor will help ensure a smooth transition while enhancing the employee experience and supporting the organization's long-term HR and workforce strategy

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand, identify and impact of changes coming
• Responsible for creating a detailed change management plan
• Implements change management strategies and communication plans, ensuring that activities are executed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Presents to stakeholders to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the changes, their purpose, and the expected outcomes.
• Monitors progress of the change initiative
• Identify risks and resistance and work through solutioning and mitigate the risk.
• Take theory and make it applicable
• Collaborate within the workstream leads: CIO and CHRO readiness plans and execution, pulse survey, feedback mechanisms, Coordinating Office Hours for end users across the organization
