Change and Communications Manager

For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Change and Communications Manager to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a change management and communications strategy
• Create engaging content for a diverse, global employee cohort
• Collaborate with various teams to update and communicate service changes
• Manage a communications calendar to ensure consistent messaging
• Support leadership with preparations for town halls and all-hands meetings
• Assess communication effectiveness using engagement metrics
• Act as a change management subject matter expert

Qualifications

• 5+ years in internal communications or change management
• Experience with corporate real estate or workplace initiatives preferred
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Familiarity with change management frameworks
• Ability to navigate both strategic and tactical functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
