Chairman Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative and executive support to the Chairman.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Cook up, communicate effectively with Chinese clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Support business development and cross-functional coordination as required.
  • Aid in translating documents and communications between Chinese, English, and Bengali when necessary.

Requirements

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's (Honors) or Master's degree from a reputed university.
  • Background in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.
  • Experience Requirements: 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage: Real Estate, Property Development, Architecture Firms, Land Management, Corporate Administration.
  • Additional Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading & Writing), Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Smart, professional, responsible, and detail-oriented, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Skills: Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, Client Liaison, Secretarial
