The Department of Information Science at the University of North Texas (UNT) invites applications for the position of Chair of Department of Information Science. This position includes a full or associate professor rank.

• A strong commitment to innovative teaching

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• International recognition in one or more core information science areas that complement existing departmental strengths

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
