Status: Seasonal fixed term, temporary, in-person position (does not qualify for benefits outlined in total rewards)

Available Coaching Positions

  • CG Middle School Boys Soccer Coach
    Season Dates: 8/25/2026 - 10/3/2026
    Stipend Amount: $1,000 - $1,500 based on experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities at one time.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of the game and passion for sportsmanship.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Coaching Experience
  • Experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Knowledge of sports nutrition and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

  • Live and model the school’s core values with colleagues, students, parents, officials, fans, and the larger community.
  • Reinforce the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, rules, and school spirit.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development.
  • Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive our activity buses.

Pay

Stipend amounts for current openings: $1,000 - $1,500 based on experience (see link in posting for details).

This position is active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the day. The employee must lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds. The employee must have sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
