We are growing and looking for a CFSS Support Worker to join our Montevideo team. This position is located in Clarkfield, MN.

Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan
- Provide assistance including, but not limited to, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and other health related tasks
- Ensure a safe, clean, healthy home environment
- Document cares provided to client as instructed
- Assist with routine household chores of light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements
- Recognize safety hazards in client's home environment or habits of daily living
- Report all safety concerns to supervisor in a timely manner
- Provide clients with social and emotional support
- Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect
- Maintain training and educational requirements
Qualifications
- CFSS Support Worker Certification strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Industry knowledge strongly preferred
