About the Role

Program: Child & Family Services

Location: 1325 H Street, Modesto, CA

Employment Type: Full Time

Length of Work Year: 225 days/year, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

Must comply with Senate Bill 792 immunization requirements for influenza, pertussis, and measles.

Requirements

• Ed-Join application
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Transcripts showing Bachelor's Degree in child development, sociology, psychology, or a related field (may be unofficial)
• Valid Driver's License
• Required to provide own transportation and must have proof of insurance
• Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance (required prior to employment)
• Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance (required prior to employment)
• Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance (required prior to employment)

Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a BA in child development, sociology, psychology, or a related field. The following experience is required:

• At least four years carrying out planning, program development, and data analysis functions
• At least one year in a field of education
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity

Benefits

A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental, and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.

Pay

$56.51 - $68.69/hour (Range 46, CFS Classified Management – Salary Schedule)
