• Lead an experienced accounting organization with Controllers, Assistant Controllers, and accounting staff already in place
• Travel is limited, with approximately 20 days annually for partner meetings and leadership collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A activities, including acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, and transaction execution
• Develop, validate, and oversee financial models and pro forma analyses for new ventures
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to executive leadership and business partners
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, investors, and due diligence teams
• Provide strategic oversight for startup entities and business expansion initiatives
• Direct and mentor the accounting and finance organization while ensuring financial excellence

Qualifications

• Insurance industry experience required; MGA and/or Bermuda experience preferred
• Strong background in M&A, transaction support, and financial modeling
• Experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, Head of Accounting, or Controller
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives, investors, and business leaders on strategic initiatives

Salary: $280K-$300K+ Base + Profit Sharing Opportunity

Location: Hybrid or Remote depending on location. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
