About the role
We are seeking a CFO Consultant with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience to join our team in the North West Houston area. The CFO Consultant will oversee all financial activities of our clients' organizations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals and objectives
- Manage the financial close process and ensure accuracy of financial statements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification strongly preferred
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
