Job Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership to clients across multiple industries, including nonprofit entities.Lead development and execution of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and policy compliance.Conduct data‑driven analysis to identify gaps and growth opportunities; manage investor and donor relations.Oversee risk management, regulatory alignment, and technology integration to improve operations.Mentor finance team members and build strong stakeholder relationships. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA, CMA, MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years of progressive finance/accounting consulting experience with strong expertise in reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, risk management, and technology integration.Proven leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities with experience influencing senior leadership.Preferred but not required nonprofit experience; broad industry exposure across multiple sectors.
