What You Will Do Own the capitalization table in Carta, manage 409A valuations, and lead future fundraising rounds through financial modeling and diligence.Establish and scale the accounting infrastructure, personally handling payroll through Rippling and accounts payable via Ramp.Manage complex biotech financials, including R&D accounting, clinical trial budgeting, and grant reporting, to drive commercialization readiness. The ideal candidate Proven finance leadership experience in a biotech startup, having navigated the journey from early-stage fundraising toward commercialization.Deeply tech-savvy and comfortable being hands-on with modern tools like Ramp, Rippling, and Carta to maintain lean operations.Strong background in R&D and clinical trial accounting, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic board-level insights.
