About the role
Our client is a well-established, physician-led healthcare organization with more than 50 years of success serving patients throughout the region. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance executive to join a stable organization during an exciting period of operational growth and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and finance operations for a multi-location healthcare organization.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable financial regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and efficiencies.
- Oversee revenue cycle performance and collaborate with revenue cycle leadership.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of a new cloud-based accounting system.
- Develop and enhance internal controls, financial processes, and reporting capabilities.
- Present financial results and strategic initiatives during quarterly Board meetings.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team while fostering a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a CFO, Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, or Director of Finance.
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred, particularly within multi-site physician practices or outpatient healthcare organizations.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Experience leading ERP or accounting system implementations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Pay
The salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000.
