About the role
The CFC Behavior Specialist is responsible for providing behavior support services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
- Provide direct support to individuals in natural environments
- Conduct assessments and data collection
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Passing score on a background check
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$25-$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
