Bilingual Licensed Behavioral Specialist

About the role

Bilingual Licensed Behavioral Specialists are needed to provide behavioral support services in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral support plans
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention strategies
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement support plans
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors and clients

Requirements

• Current Bilingual LBS license
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
