About the role

The CFC Behavior Specialist is responsible for providing behavioral support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Provide direct support to individuals in their daily activities
  • Conduct assessments and gather data to inform interventions
  • Maintain accurate records and report progress to supervisors
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to enhance outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

Skills

  • Excellent observational and assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$20.00 per hour
