This role works closely with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to help improve communication skills and support academic success. Responsibilities Schedule / Shift Shift details: DaysHours per week: 35–40Contract length: 40 weeks Key Duties Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based settingComplete evaluations, assessments, and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelinesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and goalsCollaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progressMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Education Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology Licenses & Certifications Required: Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of California Skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced school or clinical environmentStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to remain professional and adaptable during times of stress and changeAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Additional Requirements Drug screen and background check required Benefits Per Diem / Temporary Roles Comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and visionCompany-paid Basic Life/AD&D and Core Long-Term Disability for employees working 30+ hours/weekPaid sick leave may be available based on hours worked and applicable state lawsBenefit offerings are subject to legal requirements, eligibility status, and work locationEmployees 21+ can participate in the 401(k) Savings Plan About Us RCM Health Care Services’ mission is to provide opportunities for qualified candidates across medical professions.
