About the role
Inside Sales Representatives will provide post sale services to our external and internal customers on a daily basis. This includes, but is not limited to, proactively managing orders with assigned customers to provide world-class results. Work with our scheduling, production, quality, finance and shipping teams to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time. Effectively manage inventory levels to align with our division goals. Provide solutions to situations that may arise during the order, scheduling, production or shipping process. Occasional travel will be required to visit customers at their facilities to help build relationships.

Requirements
- Two-year degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong computer skills including experience using all facets of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales or project/account management experience
- Experience within the cold finish and/or steelmaking industry
