Certified Workday Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects focused on HR Digital Transformation, including Workday implementations and process automation
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex data to C-suite executives via virtual platforms
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear milestones, aligning with digital transformation goals
• Track project costs using cloud-based financial tools to maintain accuracy and transparency
• Assign tasks and monitor team progress to ensure timely delivery of HR technology solutions
• Identify and mitigate project risks using data-driven tools throughout the project lifecycle
• Enhance overall project management capabilities by integrating advanced digital HR solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or Management
• Minimum 5 years of project management or consulting experience, particularly in HRIS or HR Digital Transformation
• Proven ability to work independently and lead teams in a hybrid or remote environment
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in virtual presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills related to HR data analytics
