Then there is boilerplate: "The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list..." etc. Also EEO statement, etc. Must remove those.
We need to decide which sections to include.
We have content for:
- About the role (maybe the introductory paragraphs before Position Overview? Could be "About the role" or "Position Overview". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings.
We have:
- About the role: could be the initial description: "Project Solutions, Inc. (PSI) is seeking an experienced Certified Wastewater Treatment Supervisor..." plus Position Overview. We'll combine into About the role.
- Responsibilities: the Key Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications? But they also have "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". The instruction includes Requirements and Qualifications as separate headings. Usually Requirements could be mandatory qualifications, Qualifications could be preferred? Or we could treat Requirements as Required Qualifications, and Qualifications as Preferred Qualifications. Also Skills could be derived from abilities etc. But we might not need a separate Skills section if content overlaps. However we should only create sections when there is real specific content. We have Required Qualifications (list). We have Preferred Qualifications (list). We have Physical Requirements (list). We have Benefits (list). We have Schedule (given: Day Shift with On-Call). We have Location (maybe not needed as heading). We have Employment Type (Full-Time) maybe not needed as heading.
We need to decide which headings to output: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Skills? But we could incorporate skills into Requirements/Qualifications. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine some.
We must not create Pay section unless posting states pay. No pay info. So omit Pay.
We must not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does: "Schedule: Day Shift with On-Call". So we can include Schedule heading with that content.
We must not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does: list of benefits. So include Benefits.
We must not create Qualifications section unless posting has real specific content. It does: Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Qualifications heading with sub-sections? But we need to use - for any list. Could have two lists under Qualifications: maybe separate headings? But we only allowed headings from list. Could we have Qualifications heading and then within that we have two lists with headings like "Required" and "Preferred"? That would be extra headings not allowed? The instruction only says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings inside? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, ...). Likely they expect only those headings as top-level sections. Inside we can have
or
- . We could embed notes like "Required:" inside a
then list. But better to keep simple: maybe have Qualifications heading and then two
- lists with a preceding
indicating Required and Preferred. That is acceptable.
Similarly, Requirements heading could be used for something else like "Physical Requirements"? But we already have Physical Requirements list. Could treat that as Requirements heading. However we also have Required Qualifications. Which is more appropriate? The instruction includes Requirements as a possible heading. Could map Physical Requirements to Requirements. And Qualifications to Required & Preferred Qualifications. That seems logical.
Thus sections:
- About the role (intro + Position Overview)
- Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities)
- Requirements (Physical Requirements)
- Qualifications (Required & Preferred Qualifications)
- Benefits (What Does PSI Offer You?)
- Schedule (Day Shift with On-Call)
We should also maybe include Location? Not required as heading. Could embed in About the role paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like "The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list..." etc. Remove EEO statement, etc.
Now craft HTML.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. Also ensure we didn't repeat job title. Good.
Check for any duplicated lines: we removed.
Check that we preserved all substantive info: we included intro, responsibilities, physical requirements, required & preferred qualifications, benefits, schedule. Did we miss anything like "Lead Operations. Ensure Compliance. Drive Plant Performance." That's a tagline maybe part of About the role. Could include in About the role paragraph.
