Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)

About the role

Sandwich Veterinary Hospital is a small animal general practice that follows Fear Free and Cat Friendly principles. We are seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for quality medicine and client care.

Responsibilities

• Anesthesia monitoring and surgical support
• Dental procedures (prophy, charting, assisting with radiographs)
• Laboratory skills (cytology, slide prep, diagnostics)
• Client communication — confidently educating clients on treatments and vaccines

Requirements

$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
