VCA Stirling Square Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team. Located in Hollywood, FL, we are a 2-doctor full-service veterinary hospital offering primary care, illness care, surgery, and dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Compassionate patient care
• Client education and communication
• Patient assessment
• Anesthesia and surgery assisting
• Radiology
• Dentistry
• Catheter placement
• Venipuncture
• Laboratory work
• Pharmacy
• Medical recordkeeping

Requirements

• Credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT)
• Positive and motivated personality
• Ability to work weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary practice
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems

Pay

$20.00 - $30.00 / hr based on skill set, experience, and licensure status

Schedule

Full time, (4) 10s, or (5) 8s, weekend rotation required.
