About the role

We are relocating 8 minutes from Colorado Springs in Woodland Park (May 2026).

Responsibilities

  • Providing compassionate, thorough client communication and education
  • Performing patient assessments and obtaining medical histories
  • Aiding in examinations and surgical procedures
  • Administering and monitoring anesthesia
  • Placing IV catheters and performing venipuncture
  • Performing and assisting in laser therapy and acupuncture
  • Performing radiographs, laboratory procedures and diagnostic testing
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Implementing treatment plans recommended by our veterinarians
  • Maintaining detailed medical records
  • Collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
  • Supporting smooth and efficient daily clinic operations

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Veterinary Technician program (Associate Degree)
  • Successful completion of the VTNE and eligibility for licensure
  • Genuine passion for patient care and client education
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Prior Veterinary Experience (preferred)
  • Ability to confidently utilize your skills while working collaboratively

Qualifications
