Certified Ultrasound Technologist

Role: Performs imaging procedures and treatments in accordance with radiology standards to support diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Responsibilities: Demonstrates thorough understanding of radiologic principles, utilizes appropriate techniques and positioning, develops and implements treatment plans following hospital protocols, maintains equipment and work areas, completes documentation, and participates in performance improvement activities. Qualifications & Skills: Requires recent sonography experience or new graduates awaiting registry; registered by ARDMS and/or RVT, with proof available within 120 days. BLS certification needed within 14 days of hire. Basic computer skills are essential. Additional Notes: Must be able to develop and follow procedure plans, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to high-quality patient care.
